Mission

Our mission is:

1. To encourage the exchange of goods and services between Canada and other countries while respecting the common values of Quebec and Canada.
2. To create a private sector company working within the international free trade system that promotes job creation.
3. To establish various international affiliates around the world. These affiliates will work with and share the values and vision of the mother company. Given the importance of China as a player on the world stage, the Chinese affiliate, Constellation China is already up and running.
